Stock & Shipping
JP4mance Tuning Parts offer a large range of parts but it is not possible to keep a stock of all parts listed in our inventory. Tracking numbers are available on request. Until your order is delivered your order status will remain preparing. The shipping date will depend on stock of the ordered products and the time required to obtain them from a manufacturer. Please allow 1-3 working days for dispatch of your order for in stock items. If the item is considered back ordered the customer will be notified by email. Quotations are available upon request for special order parts which are valid for 5 days from time of issue unless otherwise stated. By acceptance of payment the contract is formed and agreed by the customer. We are NOT responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates before or after card authorization or bank transfer date(s)
We are NOT responsible for applicable import duties/and/or taxes incurred into any country; it is understood that import tax charges and brokerage fees are the SOLE responsibility of the Importer.
We are NOT responsible for storage charges incurred as the result of delayed shipment, delayed clearance, strikes, civil commotion, acts of war or short shipment howsoever incurred
We are NOT responsible for losses incurred as the result of partial shipment, short shipment or Non-delivery by any carrier for any reason
we are NOT responsible for losses occurring as the result of misinterpretation and/or typographical error involving any of our website pricing; and/or Freight rates, which are subject to change entirely at our discretion, we will cancel or amend any order placed with us.
We reserve the right to withdraw; modify, or otherwise rescind, any quotation given at our discretion or cancel any order at any time.
We reserve the right to alter pricing, item descriptions and/or availability of any and all parts and products offered by JP4mance Tuning Parts at any time and for any reason.
We are NOT responsible for manufacturer’s changes in design, colour, or materials of parts or accessories supplied.
We are NOT liable for consequential losses or labour charges under any circumstance.
Export Restrictions We currently only ship within the UK and Europe. Shipping prices may vary and we retain the right to refuse shippment.
European shipping (NON-UK POSTCODES) Shipping cost's vary according to shipping weight and dimensions so please contact us with your requirements prior to check out to arrange non-uk mainland quotations and deliveries.
Royal Mail International Signed For (Signed delivery service to Europe or Non-mainland UK, £30 Insurance as standard with extra insurance quoted upon request)
Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next working day by 1pm delivery within UK where post code's, £500 insurance as standard with extra insurance quoted upon request)
Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (Signed UK delivery service within UK post code's, insurance up to 100 times the price of a basic weight 1st class stamp)
DHL Courier services (A range of services which vary in cost and compensation levels upon location) Please contact us for specifc information at time of purchase.

These delivery services require a signature upon receipt. Please allow at least 24 hours before requesting a tracking reference.
In some circumstances it may be required by us to use a different service in order to send your parcel where the allocated service is unavailable for what ever reason. This will usually be a complimentary upgrade and will not delay your order. Should this not be the case we will contact you to advise before dispatch.
Warranty
No warranty or gaurantee expessed or implied is given by JP4mance Tuning Parts. We do however honour the manufacturers terms of warranty and/or guarantee where transferable.
Damaged Goods
All goods are packed to an adequate level to help avoid damage during transit. Should a product arrive damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and contact the courier service for a claim reference number at the earliest possible oppertunity.
Undelivered/Lost Goods
If you experience a delay in receiving your parcel contact us for a tracking number. It's possible a delivery attempt has been made and the parcel is waiting for you at the local post office or courier depot. We do not consider an item as lost until the Royal Mail or Courier company accept liability and allow a claim to be processed.
Incorrectly Supplied Goods
Parts sent in error will be accepted for return for exchange or refund by prior agreement in writting. Return postage cost's will be paid in this instance. If the buyer is not able to return the item for any reason then it's the buyers responsibility to make the item available for collection.
Missing Goods
All orders are considered correct and complete after they have been delivered to the customer and accepted by signiture for 24 hours. Shortages must be reported to us in writting and to the courier company or Royal Mail in order to ensure a claim can be made.
Customer Responsibility
The customer is expected to take reasonable care when using any product we provide, the customer is expected to take reasonable care when fitting any product provided by us. It is the customers responsibility to decide if they personally or the appointed person(s) have the ability to fit or use any product we provide, we will not replace or refund any product damaged by the customer. Strictly no refund on any parts once installed or fitted to any vehicle. Parts returned in a non re-selable condition will be returned at the customers expense which is equal to the postage cost at time of purchase. The goods in this case will be stored for a period of no more than 30 days after which time they will be disposed of to cover storage costs. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the returned goods are adequately packed to avoid damage in transit. Items may be refused refund or replacement if the manufacturers packaging is not returned with the goods as supplied. We are not responsible for any misprints, typographical errors or any costs associated with the installation of any products. Many products listed here are dedicated racing items and are not intended for street use in emission controlled vehicles. Unless otherwise indicated, these parts are not to be installed in vehicles subject to emission control regulations. Check with your emission regulating authority before installation of any parts listed here which do not carry emissions compliance. JP4mance Tuning Parts make no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, as to the emission law compliance of any of its customers vehicles. Many parts are for off-road use only. As with any racing activity, there are risks when performing modifications. All installations are at the customers own risk. JP4mance Tuning Parts hold no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using after market performance products. Some items listed are legal for racing vehicles only which may never be used upon a road.
Postal Payments / Currency
We recommend you use either Recorded or Special delivery to send any postal payments. On-line payments take president as they are instant so any item(s) that are no longer in stock when a postal payment is received can not be dispatched, we will endeavor to offer an alternative if this is the case but are unable to hold an item(s) for you on the strength of an intention to pay via post being placed. We only accept payments in UK currency, GBP (Pound Stirling).
JP4mance Gift Vouchers
For your personal security JP4mance gift vouchers must be activated by the person who made the purchase by calling our sales line on 01634 869050 and answering a security question BEFORE the voucher can be redeemed by the intended recipient. JP4mance gift vouchers are redeemable against purchases made via JP4mance Tuning Parts by telephone order only. JP4mance vouchers can only be redeemed against goods purchased at a higher face value of the voucher on payment of a difference. No change will be given for items less than the full value of the Gift Voucher. JP4mance gift vouchers can not be exchanged for cash and hold no cash value. Vouchers are valid for SIX calender months from the date of purchase. Vouchers not claimed within SIX months of the purhcase date become invalid & void. JP4mance Tuning Parts reserve the right not to refund lost, damaged, un-used or stolen gift vouchers once activated by the purchaser. Should your voucher become lost, damaged or stolen call our sales line to report it immediately. If for any reason a refund is due for items purchased using a JP4mance gift voucher then gift vouchers will be returned to settle the balance accordingly along with any monies due to the funding source used.
Product Images
We endeavor to keep all images as a true representation of the goods supplied but in some cases it is necessary for a product to get a true representation of its use it has to be shown with additional items or parts so please refer to the product description to get a true representation of the goods supplied.
Goods returned
Goods returned to us by any carrier as either undelivered, uncollected, unknown address, refused, no longer required or for any other similar reason they will be stored by us for a maximum of 30 working days. It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact us to arrange re-delivery within this time period. Re-delivery cost will be equal to the delivery cost at time of the original postage and will be paid by the customer before the items are re-delivered. Payment must be made from the same source as the original purchase.
Returns Policy
All customers paying by Visa and Master card have a seven day cooling off period. You must contact us in writting within this period to obtain a unique returns reference number prior to posting the item back to us. Please enclose your original order number, returns reference number, your postal address and the goods actually required in the case a wrong part was sent. Goods must be returned complete and in the same condition that they were supplied. Return postage cost's will be refunded only if the items sent do not match the items orderd. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the item to be returned is packaged to avoid damage in transit.

When you place an order we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information. We may record which products you are interested in and which products you purchase. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site use which enables us to improve the service we provide. What do we do with the information? We will use the information to process orders and to provide a more personal shopping experience. We may use this information to tell you about changes to our website and to let you know about any new products. Customers cars in our gallery are shown at their discretion. Information provided is deemed as accurate at time of listing. All number plates will be blanked before listing on our gallery. No guarantee is made that we will show your car and all pictures are subject to approval prior to show. Information you provide will not be shared other than the details required for the gallery.

Our site uses cookies to keep track of your shopping cart. Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services.
